This simple opt-in service works like this:  When you take out a mortgage loan with PrimeLending and opt-in to the service, after closing we will gladly donate a pre-determined percentage of our proceeds from the loan to the charitable 501(c)3 organization of your choice, in your name.  We are essentially giving a gift in your name to your favorite cause.  The charity sends you the gift letter in recognition of your donation, and in most cases you can even write the donation off on your taxes because we have given it in your name.  Opting in costs you nothing, our same competitive rates still apply.  This service is simply our way of giving back to you, to your community, and to the cause for which you care the most.
